This was a tough climb, with icy conditions often forcing the route into more difficult terrain.

Even with good conditions, this would have been the most challenging peak I've tackled to date. With icy conditions, the difficulty increased substantially.

The good news is that ice wasn't much of a factor during the descent, although there was still a crusty layer of snow in several spots, especially below Broken Hand Pass.
