My original plan was to approach from Jennings Creek Trailhead, which would have meant climbing Tabeguache first, then traversing to Shavano. After learning that the approach from Jennings Creek was highly discouraged, due to environmental concerns, I decided to approach from Blank Gulch. This meant I would be climbing Shavana first, followed by Tabeguache.
